It's all paved roads, newish bike 300mile, 1.75 tires 65psi. Would warped brake rotors make the rear feel like a flat tire when braking?

that's why they call them e-bikes not bikes- do de lineate the difference between the two. motocycle- is a bicycle with a motor. a bicycle is technically any vehicle with 2 wheels.
