I learned:

1: Steel tubes are a lot harder on the hacksaw elbow than carbon tubes are.

2: $45 fork tubes are a lot easier on the nerves...

I know a lot of folks don't follow instructions and don't realize that is a necessary task. I am amazed at the number of components that I find have became loose while my bike is on the stand.
