You know the feeling when you get out of breath from running/playing sports in general? Well that hasn't really happened to me on a bike, ever...

I can ride for two hours (mainly flat surface)...

Just as an update if anyone still cares, after taking a week off due to competitions (non-cycling related high school stuff) and getting toe clips, I can finally sustain at 17mph with no headwind....

As a beginner myself (started a month ago) I can't really say much but try to do longer riders (20miles+)
imo bikes are so efficient that if you don't push yourself you won't ever get tired
