Crinkle up the aluminum foil, wet it and rub the chrome with it like you were using a paper towel. Wear latex gloves. Pretty easy!

The reality is that this bike will probably not see a lot of heavy braking...it won't see any more...

I believe that two spaces after a period was a typewriter style phenomenon. With kerning and paragraph justification, one space is the new two. :)

My Hot Tubes cyclocross frame

Custom made for me in 2003. Sold it as i had picked up not one but two Colnago cyclocross frames. In retrospect, I should have kept the Hot Tubes and let the Dream Cross go. Oh well.

I recently picked up a 1980 Raleigh Team Pro that included a set of Modolo Professional sidepulls, black.

I didn't think twice about pulling them off the bike...as I'm refitting it with all Campy...

I picked up a Colnago Pista, about 12 - 15 years old. The front fork is fully chromed and has some spots that have rusted through the chrome layer and into the nickel, due to sweat and salt air...

I snagged a Colnago pista on eBay last week. Seller had a Colnago Master Ti, also in my size, and both of them came home with me today. :)

The pista is Campy Record with a Zipp rear disc wheel....

You can't mix equipment from different countries, no matter the color. Cinelli - Campy okay. Shimano -- 3T not okay.

Only exception is cool anodized crap on a mountain bike. :)
