after trying 14 or so saddle i bought a specialized lithia comp gel. yes it is a womens saddle but looks like mens saddle . its basicly a romin with more padding and abit more surface area

front wheel advise

just got delivered a rear 36 spoke deep v with ultegra hub and double butted spokes. Thought i would order the front if i liked the rear.

Im 230 never had a problem with fronts on any wheelset....

I have a standard crank. Right now im using a 12.25 cassette, I do struggle with it on steeper hills. chainring im not sure about. Bike is a cannondale synapse alloy 5.
