Thanks for the replies, looks like a bit of a mystery. I picked it up for 20 AUS dollars at the tip so it doesnt owe me much :)

There is no registration, but you are supposed to have a bell, and reflectors on wheels as far as I am aware, and wear a helmet. Its not overly enforced, except the helmet one, you will get picked up...

Seat Post is 26.8mm
Top Tube is ~26.8mm
Seat Tube is 29mm
Down Tube is 29mm

The bike is Yellow and this looks original, some is scratched and bare...

Hi,
I'm based in Australia, and am looking for some help identifying a vintage bicycle.

Can't link the serial number to any major brand. Could be rebuild, no decals or markings on the frame...
