Chorus 9 speed is as era correct as Athena 11 speed. ;-)

This is an eighties (regarding the flat fork crown I'd say early till mid eighties) frame so 9 speed is about 12 years away from that...

I don't know much about this Cinelli but in the 80'ies most racebikes (that is: those meant to race with) only had one cage. Earlier bikes had bottle cages held in place with clamps.
