I'd go for Tieni Duro or Davis Bike Club, both have solid junior programs. I race against their riders (not the 10 year olds obv) and they're strong guys.

When I use Valve Extenders on my carbon deep rims, they create a little bump in the tire. I can't feel it while riding, but I'm afraid the tire's going to blow out from under me. Is this a problem?...
