Fwiw: love my trek 7200 bought from lbs for $280 and included new chain and cassette. Can you test ride each? fit and feel are probably the most important thing to consider.

Definitely considered a trespass, if your lucky your just told to beat it but you could be arrested. In my part of the country the right of way is not rideable, lumpy, cluttered and not bike friendly.

When I went from drop to flat a bought a 3" rise bar, I'm a Clyde and a geezer and ride more upright, works great for me.
