the bolts in the bontrager brakes are captive and cannot be easily replaced. I’m also not interested in replacing the hardware on the brakes as they are titanium.

I put about 8k km on a CAAD4 frame over the last few years with no issues. Geometry is agressive enough to feel racy but they're a bit harsh by modern frame standards.
