You could strip down the clear coat with paint...

You could strip down the clear coat with paint thinner or brake cleaner then once you get to the stickers use heat and then get it clear coated again. Definitely not a foolproof idea though

Anything other than powder coating a bike is useless for a daily rider that takes a normal amount of abuse. Unless you were able to bake it on (huge oven) I wouldn’t expect good results..
