That's awesome. I got a similar instruction from a doc. He said that for normal people he would say not to ride, but he knew I'd ride anyway so just be aware if the pain got worse or changed.

In my experience Schwalbes run more true to size than Continentals. And definitely more than Michelins which seem to run really big.
