well. if u're replacing a few parts for quality/aesthetics, it's cheaper.
if u're looking to replace every single part off a complete bike (which i don't see a reason to) it won't be cheaper.

A lot of the more modern njs frames are 120mm. Hence 110mm hubs are rarer, and more $$$ now.

Even tho the njs stardards are old compared to modern day bikes,...

tension meter is not totally needed as u can check by sound as i do with my wheels. But if u want to be extra sure, or if u are just starting out then having one is good.
