Yes. Exactly but hard to find in 3/8" diameter, so need to change the cups or what I am trying to do & use cartridge bearings for 1/2" diamter axles.

In my opinion I think you may run into interference with the seat post as well as the fold.
You would probably be better off adding a front wheel hub motor for a much simpler Power Assist Install.
