Sounds like your patience paid off. Good choice and its a great looking bike. As mentioned the best upgrade will be wheels, and I like to add tires as well.

Finally got to ride the bike again. I lost track but I think its been 6 or 7 weeks and a few days. I rode 14 miles including about 750ft of climbing. Its safe to say Ive lost everything I had gained....

Personally Id go with the TCR. Better components and build. If your comfortable on both bikes Id go with the more aggressive one, it will handle better as well.

Yeah I dont know. I use Esoles mostly for arch support, and they are pretty hard(more then the original). Since the shoe is pretty snug already I am thinkin the sole would already be compressed.
