ps...that light has red on it, so it's clearly faster than one with blue on it. Those faster photons can mean the difference...

Magneto is ok, but the resistance is not that much. If she wants to get stronger, go fluid. Perhaps the two of you can go in on one together and split the cost.

Yeah, I plan on starting with a duathalon....but was hoping there were some types of exercise (on dry land) that can simulate swimming.....I'm thinking I might can do something with resistance bands.

Save your money...just throw a pack or two (depending on ride length) of poptarts in your jersey pocket. Each one is approx. 200 calories. Eat one every 30-45 minutes and your golden.
