I have a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 for my 4Runner. I only put it on when we transport the bikes, but its light, super easy to install/remove, and stores easily in the garage.

Very happy with it.

I use this as well and it works fine. Harley-Davidson (don't laugh) makes a Denim Paint Cleaner (that's what they call matte) that also works very well too and it's not expensive.

That measurement (80mm) is the length of the stem. So if you are happy with the reach then I'm sure 75mm is fine for you. No way would you notice a 5mm difference and I would not go longer...

It is screwed on so just use your finger and unscrew it as you would normally and it will slowly come up. It has an o-ring to seal it so you may have to use a fingernail to lift it out...
