numb-nuts are usually a clue that your seat might not be set up correctly, I've ridden in triflex's in much colder temps, mid 20s is spring weather, I don't even put them on until its in the teens.

I highly recommend the Michelin Kyrlion Carbons, I have a set with over 1000 miles without a puncture which has to be a record for me. I'm using 23's, I'm 170 lb. and I run them at about 115 to 120.
