pretty sure that will hold an inflated tire ok. crashed last year and did significantly more damage to a front wheel. patched up the giant hole in the tire, removed front rim brake and limped home....

did it once. would not do it again. just too long for a single trainer ride. IIRC it took me about 2 hours or more. that is a lot of saddle time with no red lights.
