My only issue with my Bianchi Sika's cantis is heel strike.
I have Deore LX cantis on that bike and my heels often hit the brakes.

Thanks Zaphod. I ride this bike when I go out to get coffee. It doesn't feel any different from a chain driven bike. And my hands don't get as dirty when I fix a flat.
