I bought myself, after a lot of googling, a Tubus Cargo Evo 26" pannier rack to fit to my Surly LHT. Just went to fit it and.. it doesn't get on! The rack bumps against the seatstays...

What is TransCanada? I had a look at CycleCanada and they do the Tour du Canada, is this what you meant? Why would I want to avoid TransCanada roads?
