Haha no, mine is a CFR3 model, with no Cadex markings on it. I'm guessing that by the time this model came out, Giant got rid of the Cadex name. It has an RSX crank.

Great bike. The Dave Scott Ironmans are well regarded around here. Shimano 600 Tricolor components are good as well. That would be a 300-350 bike here in the Seattle market.

Yup, take off the kickstand and reflectors--it'll help clean up the looks of it a bit. That silver part is the chain stay protector--I'd leave that one on.
