Major Taylor in Indianapolis imposes a 86.4 gear inch restriction on Cat V and IVs. The restriction is lifted when the IVs race with IIIs.

We just purchased a used Dolan Pre Cursa frame and fork via eBay and need to source a bb and crankset. (If it matters, we got a 58cm Pre Cursa.)
