Yes, I do a bit of walking and Small weight exercises to strengthen the core.
I think you have to combine a variation of exercises so that your muscles don't get too weak and you lose...

I am 70 and I have cycling in my veins I reckon, I have been riding for the last 55 years and I am not there yet,

I still get out 3 times a week with my 70 year old mates,
we do about 50...
