Stem/post... bring an Allen wrench to make sure they are not stuck.
Wheels... quick spin to see they’re true enough...

The stem and seatpost are cromoly by Avenir... hence the "Avenir Equipped" decal. Stock crank was Shimano 105.
That frame has GREAT feel. Comfortable on rough road and very snappy out of the saddle....
