As Unterhausen said the Harbor Freight one works well on 1/4 .028, I tried it on 3/8, but can't remember the wall thickness, anyway, I snapped it trying to bend the 3/8 tubing.

The VO Cranks actually have more fd clearance than old stronglight/TA cranks. I'm using a Sachs-Huret Rival FD with my TA cranks.

Stronglight and TA both made cranks with a 50.4 mm bcd. The Stronglight cranks use a 23.35 mm threaded puller while the TA uses a 23mm puller.
