IMO, the best difference between 105 and Dura-Ace is the DA has a shorter throw (it shifts sooner than the 105 or even ultegra).

I had the Ultegra DI2 (10 speed) and it was a great group. I now have the Dura Ace 9000 and it is also great. The best difference with the DI2 is the automatic trim on the front derailure.

Everything is either brand new or has one or two uses on them. Chain is brand new on a new bike and the crank and cassette have been used twice for about 50 miles total.

Remove some links after crankset and cassette change?

Changed a crankset from 52/36 to 50/39 and cassette from 11-25 to 12-23. Do I need to remove any chain links? Shifting while on the rack is little noisy.
