I have one. The bars and levers are impractical for road use. Mine has compact drop bars with hoods and it is much more comfortable setup. Overall a durable entry level bike from my experiences.

Ok, so make sure hub is clean. Apply grease to threads of cog and lockring. Tighten cog with chain whip. Tighten lock ring with lockring wrench tight as hell. What am I missing here?
