This frame has Zeus stamped on both ends and a nifty fork crown. All threads appear to be in good condition. Dropouts are aligned. It's obviously been painted. Unfortunately I don't have much more...

It's unlikely that the bike is a High Sierra. The dropouts are Shimano SF and the frame appears to be chrome under the paint.

I though maybe it was a Cimarron but those are lugged at the bottom...
