I’d also check/clean/lube/tighten seat post, saddle rails, pedals, cleats, stem and steering head before I started replacing parts. At 500 miles things are just "bedding in" adjustments at this time...

Yep, time for a new tire. Put the new one on the front and rotate the older tire to the rear wheel.
Best practice to always have the “freshest” rubber on the front.

There is a bit of wear ...but nothing too bad. I'd replace the chain first and see how that works. If it skips replace the cassette. If it still skips, replace the chain rings.

Post a couple pictures (profile, side view) of the teeth on the cassette and chain rings.
If they aren't "hooked" (look like a shark's dorsal fin) you'll probably just need to replace the chain.

I keep everything clean and well lubed...
