Clipless Pedals: RS500 vs R7000

Anyone have actual experience between the Shimano RS500 and the R7000 pedals? Seems like a big price difference and wondering if anyone has noticed any big difference in use. Thanks.

Separate bike, separate shoes?

For those with more than one bike, do you have a separate pair of road shoes for each bike for the sake of cleat positioning/fit? Probably a stupid question and y'all are gonna make fun of me...but...

Strava’s RPE scale is helpful but I’m currently using paper and pencil to note things like how my body felt, the weather, how well I thought I achieved the workout goals. Stuff like that.

Hey friends. How does everyone keep track of personal notes for each ride like perceived exertion, how you felt, how the ride went, etc. Strava is quite limiting in that aspect. Thanks!
