Thankfully the RD was pulled from the frame and shipped separately, wrapped in foam. So, I'm pretty sure it's okay, but I'm leaving the office now and will verify the alignment when I get home.

Great suggestion. I forgot to add, I own that tool, and it was way out of whack. I corrected it and the problem got better, but not fully corrected. I'm assuming it got bent in shipping.
