It's 22.5 miles around the lake. Relatively flat for the most part, lots and lots of turns. There are a few steep climbs, but they're short.

Not a problem. I quickly washed the entire bike when I got home and all was well with the CF frame. Zero paint damage, err, not really paint on the frame... I didn't continue trying to ride once it...
