Looks pretty nice. The derailleur looks like it's about half an inch off the ground though ... I'd be worried about hitting a rock/bump/branch etc and damaging it.

This looks good! There currently aren't tons of options for lower priced 16" folding bikes.
Personally I'd prefer IGH and rim brakes for a folding bike because of the risk of damage to derailleurs...
