The wraps are the Velo-orange elkhide bar wraps with the brown wrapped over the black on the end. The Dia-compe levers look nice but don't match up too well with the Modolo calipers.

The missing decal is likely the tubing mfg. Thats where it is on my Ciocc. It doesn't have the teardrop lugs with cut-outs. That may point to a mid 80's vintage.
