Fairly certain it's all the way in - tightening the non-drive side more doesn't move it it in any further. It's a SRAM GX crank.

Thanks. It's actually a SRAM wide-narrow chainring. I would just put in the old octalink and throw this chainring on the old cranks but...suprise!...different BCDs.

Very possible. Though I finished this workout last week with the 8th down to 125%. I definitely can't hold 135% for all 8...usually only the first 4.

Thanks! That's what I was hoping to hear. I flatted the rear beyond repair in my last race, so that'll be replaced, but riding the flat for 3/4 lap definitely built my confidence in the glue job.
