It depends on the thickness of the TPU tube. Tubolito has two versions, one that can be used with rim brakes and another only for disc brakes. The last one is lighter.

Panaracer Gravel King SK 38mm

I just put the gravel king sk 38mm in my Specialized Diverge E5. I feel comfortable with the Tyre clearance. Around 7 mm in respect to the seat post and 5 mm at the bottom. I can’t post photos.
