and even with that many people, if weekends are avoided, the W&OD is definately useable. if i can average around 18 mph on my 50 mile daily ride all year long then it must not be too crowded.

sure i do. and when i come up on them i slow down to a crawl, alert them i'm going to pass, pass them, and accelerate back up to speed. nothing to be scared of.
