Found someone locally with complete BB / Crank / chainring set
couldn't get the old ISIS stuff off. So, took it to my local friendly bike shop, just having them install and set it up...

But, at 6 foot 5, it's very easy to be over 200lbs.
I'm currently around 240

I've never had frame problems, but I have had rear wheel and front fork...
