Felt TK2 or TK3 (I think they're the same frame now). Maybe check out Aventon and State. Leader is making frames again too, though I have no idea if they're any good now.

Ah, I see. I don't know of any eccentric outboard bearing BBs off the top of my head. Might be some out there, but probably best to stick with the BB you have now.

All-City Big Block, Surly Steamroller, Wabi Classic would all fit that kind of use nicely. I wouldn't call any of them super light weight, but they're not tanks either.
