Impact sockets are softer and will strip bolts and themselves if not used on an impact tool. There are plenty of great quality chrome sockets available, but you get what you pay for.

Then how would you turn your bike over to work on it?? lol. It is a circular mount, it can go in any position, right side up or up side down, but it will always be perpendicular to the bars.
