I agree with the exception of the 7.7 comparing to a Sirrus. Maybe when Trek gets into this century and adds disc brakes to the 7.7.

It's not really paint. It's truck bed liner. It's durable and has a great look. And no, I didn't use primer. The bed liner sticks to almost anything and the bond is very strong.
