I think the point is that the people trading them...

I think the point is that the people trading them in are being taken advantage of by low balling, then they sell them for way closer to FMV and come out smelling like a rose. As always "buyer beware"...

But, if you look at the lugs, the rusted frame has a lug that the front half of the lug forms a C-shape...
