I put the same exact set on my bike and have...

I put the same exact set on my bike and have around 1000 miles on them. I trued up the real wheel 1 time around 600 miles, I"m 200 lbs and do a lot of standing and mashing the pedals on hill climbs....

I bought it slightly used and it is a 2006 model....

I bought it slightly used and it is a 2006 model. You have to look at the european styles to see it on their website, not sure why that is. It's an optimo 1 series and yeah It's my first road bike...

Here she is a with a new wheelset, seat, stem and bar. I'm loving the new ovalized/flat top bar, the wheels are also nice and strong for my 195lb ***. Way better than the shimano wh-550s that came...

From one CAAD8 owner to another I'm lovin your bike.... My frames getting a fresh white powdercoat put on it this winter along with a new black wheelset....:D

Bought it used bone stock and added a set of bottle cages, chain, new pair of Schwalbe tires and tubes, Selle seat, bar tape and the rest is all carbon fiber updates.... Stem, spacers, seatpost clamp...
