Yeah, the hurricane remnants impacted quite a few stages. But it is a well run event with some good racing. It doesn't have the mountains of GA or CA but the rolling hills are relentless.

I'm 6'3 with a 34" inseam and ride a 58cm CAAD8. I can't imagine that a 56 would work for you, but it's too hard to tell online. Just make sure you get a good fit at the shop.
