I think you're right it's pretty spot-on. Only mine doesn't have the chrome fork socks, but they could have easily been painted over.

The guy i got it from stated he got it from the factory. I cant confirm that but he does have a excesivly large Rossin supply.

I don't know the year for sure. There is a hand written decal on the chainstay that says 1985. I can only assume it was placed after the frame was stripped/sandblasted.
