I just recently changed my chain (which i measured out to be the same) and now I cant shift my big chain ring into the big sprocket (i know i shouldn't be cross-chaining anyways but the chain locks...

Would I see any benefits from using the messenger on my bike as opposed to keeping my tempo?

If there isn't any real world benefits, I will just keep the tempo.
