Stroke survivor biking?

My adult son had a stroke a couple of years back. He’s no longer in a wheelchair and gets around pretty well with a walking stick. His left arm and leg do not have full function. Not much at all...

I do enjoy the flat quite a bit now, but had great fun going down huge hills when younger! No helmet, not so great brakes, no fear and a lot of good luck!
