Thanks T-mar. The previous owner did indeed buy it as a frameset when he lived in Spain. Apparently from banesto themselves although who knows. Some of the oria tubeset seem to be very popular...

I have a stepdown ferrule but it doesn't step down enough. Currently using a normal ferrule to butt against the stop, and the cable ties for keeping it in place. Maybe the stop is distorted?
