Using Frog cleats on my carbon-sole mtb shoes, although I think these cleats are only meant to be torqued to around 4nm max. No markings.

I'd just start by looking at anything from a 52cm to 54cm. Lots of sellers out there wouldn't know how to measure frame dimensions.

5'9.5"/34" rider on a 52cm with a decent amount of stack.
